Refund Policy

To cancel/return your orders from AbriesJewellery.com, you should send the cancel/return request to the refund@abriesjewellery.com. All return conditions stated here, only apply to products purchased from abriesjewellery.com. All responsibility belongs to the consumer during the return of the returned products to the Abries Jewelery head office. Necessary investigations will be made after the returned products reach us. If the product return is accepted, the product price will be directed to you through the relevant payment method.

Provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are valid for product returns. The right to return for products can be exercised within 14 days after the product reaches the customer. In order to exercise the right of return, the products purchased must notify AbriesJewellery.com by e-mail or telephone within this period. In order for the products to be returned, the product must be unused. For product returns, a photocopy of the cargo delivery report and the original invoice received from Abries Jewelery must be returned. After the delivery of these documents, product inspections are carried out by our experts. Shipping fee belongs to the sender. As a result of the examinations, the price of the products that are not found to be a problem will be returned within 7 working days using the same payment method preferred when purchasing the product. If the original invoice of the purchased product is not sent in product returns, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be returned.

Right of Withdrawal – Cancellation

Products designed or modified or added to the customer’s special requests and demands are considered as personalized products. Customers do not have the right to return for personalized products.

In order returns, the products must be sent to us as they arrived to you. The invoice, waybill, box, packaging, other documents and materials sent with the product must also be undamaged and complete. During the sending of the returns, the customer is responsible for the deterioration of the product or other documents and materials caused by the cargo company or the customer making the return. Our experts examine whether the products returned to us meet the return conditions. In case the returns are approved, the product price is returned within 7 days using the relevant payment method. In case the payments are made by credit card, the reflection of the refunded amount to your account takes between 1 and 4 weeks, depending on your bank.

Product Exchange Terms

In case of faulty products purchased on AbriesJewellery.com, customer must be contact Abries Jewellery within 14 days after the product is delivered. If the fault on the delivered product is an fault due to customer use or if the product has been used within this 14-day period, the return will be refused. Abries Jewellery has the right to deduct a fee or refuse the transaction for the exchange or return of products on which various transactions, changes or customization have been made.
